Policy LAB jedan je od zajedničkih programa kojeg realizuju Forum lijeve inicijative (FLI) i Fondacija Friedrich Ebert BiH (FES). Dvodnevni trening održan je u Sarajevu, u periodu od 17 – 19.03.2023. godine. Cilj Policy LAB-a je direktan rad sa odabranim zastupnicima/cama i delegatima/kinjama na svim nivoima vlasti u BiH i jačanje njihovih kapaciteta za kreiranje inicijativa i zakonskih rješenja. FLI i FES su u prethodnom periodu učestvovali u izradi nekoliko javnih politika i analiza, a koje su bile osnova za rad ovogodišnjeg Policy LAB-a.
Koristeći prednosti programa Policy LAB učesnici/ce su mogli/e razmijeniti iskustva i znanja pri identifikaciji problema, te dobiti jasniji uvid i instrukcije za pripremu prijedloga zakonskih rješenja i amandmana. U toku trajanja programa učesnicima/cama su bili/e dostupni/e stručnjaci/kinje i eksperti/ce iz navedenih oblasti kao i autori/ce politika koji/e su predstavili/e svoja istraživanja i preporuke iz javnih politika, a koje bi se mogle iskoristiti i oblikovati u inicijative i prijedloge zakonskih rješenja.
Takođe, učesnicima/cama su bili/e na raspolaganju i stručnjaci/kinje iz oblasti medija i strateškog komuniciranja koji/e su predstavili/e novitete iz ove oblasti, a to je kako komunicirati sa medijima, kako izgraditi pozitivan odnos sa javnošću, te kako korisititi društvene mreže za promociju svojih aktivnosti i inicijativa povezujući se sa različitim interesnim grupama. Kreiranje vizuelnog brendinga i sticanje statusa prepoznatljivosti i jačanje vještina strateškog komuniciranja samo su neke od tehnika koje su naši/e učesnici/ce usvojili/e.
